I made this up!! Sunday food blogging!! What's pathetic about me is that I will probably NEVER post anything made by me. All of it will be things that were set in front of me, with my only contribution being the post-digestion cleaning of the kitchen. (at least I carry some of the weight, right?)
Tonight's delicacy:
Beef, asparagus and corn stir fry with sweet potatoes mashed with scallions and goat cheese. Absolutely delicious.  |

okay, so the color looks a little off and, uh... please, people, the mashed sweet potatoes don't taste like baby food even if that's what they look like!

Umm, wow.
It looks delicious beloved! I am amazed and astounded. Right now I'm in finals heck and I'm eating pita and hummus out of a container.
Sigh.
