J. is a huge football fan this year. She is perfectly happy to sit in front of the television from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., and watch these men slam the crap* out of each other.
She's pretty excited about the playoffs, especially now that the Patriots advanced.
The funny thing is that as much as she is learning every rule, the players' names, and the teams, she isn't letting go of her personality in her analysis of what's going on on the screen.
For example, she really feels that the Giants need a white helmet to go with their white jerseys, b/c the blue helmet with white jerseys looks BAD, and they would look a LOT better if their helmets weren't blue.
