After several days of keeping Unblague's post "new" on my bloglines subs, I finally listened to Keith Olberman's commentary pertaining to Donald Rumsfeld's comment that those who oppose the war in Iraq are morally confused. I found it to be quite rousing - and not really in a "yeah! Rumsfeld and George Bush SUCK!" kind of way (which I'm prone to being roused over), but more of a pride in the United States, and the ideals that we have held dear for so very long - the thought that every voice should be listened to, and that we are not subject to leaders who hold all power - our leaders are chosen by us, and work for us. For the people, BY the people, and all that jazz.
So I recommend the clip to all. |
