    Continuation of the Theme
I have more to complain about:

    1) My lower back hurts. I never say this. I don't remember the last time I did. I just keep getting these twinges, and it is surprising and it hurts.

    2) I picked up the girls striaght from school today. We were all three looking forward to a more relaxing afternoon -- no rushing to get home, eat, do homework, do chores, etc. But J was a brat all afternoon. She was bored, she wanted food, she wanted more food, she wanted to play a game (fine), she flopped around saying, "I don't know what to dooo-oooo," she wanted to know when dinner was, she wanted to know what was for dinner, she wanted more food, she wanted MORE food, she wanted to go to the park (it's raining and cold, and the rain is due to switch over to sleet). I honestly found myself thinking that this is going to be the LAST time I pick her up straight from school. Sure, I'll pick them up earlier time and again - but jeez. Can she just, uh, be happy? For a minute? [For any readers who may be curious as to what I fed the child upon her demands, it went as follows: Red grapes; 2 chocolate mini eggs; a red delicious apple; a part-skim string cheese; and a reprimand to stop asking for food, b/c she is just bored, and she needs to find something to do, or else go clean her room).

    3) I feel poor. The whole car/zipcar thing doesn't help. Then I chose to "cheer myself up" by looking at a catalog. Uh-- yeah. Okay. Real cheery. Cute jacket: $158; Cute top: $98; cute shoes: $118.

    So much for that.

And .... OW!!! My back hurts.
